Gaudi
G/F Serendra Bonifacio High Street
856-0473, 856-0474
8560489

The plastered mosaic walls and wooden sculptural doors perfectly match the Serendra walkway. Inside, the long glass windows give you a sense of being a part of life along the walkway yet allows you to enjoy the privacy and cosy ambiance of the restaurant.
The best way to taste the Spanish dishes of Gaudi is by ordering surtido de 8 pintxos callientes: eight kinds of tapas as an appetiser. For salad enthusiasts, the ensalada Chef Alexandra is a delicious array of garlic-fried shrimps served on a bed of fresh mesclun vegetables. A highly recommended meat dish is the house speciality Chuleton Villagodio—certified Angus beef prime rib. You will get to choose a selection of this from the waiter before it will be sliced into strips and grilled through the Villagodio method right on your table on a ceramic hot plate with salt. This results in a tasty slice of meat that is both tender and juicy. To cap off your meal, you won’t go wrong by ordering detodunpoco, a delicious sampler of assorted desserts accompanied by cajarillo, Gaudi’s version of espresso with brandy.
